Father's Day Card

I made this card using my Cricut Imagine and white card stock. The golf bag is from the Wrap It Up cartridge, I used patterns from the Country Carnival cartridge. The grass is from the Easter cartridge and the sun is a layer from Kate's Kitchen. I am really enjoying my new Cricut Imagine and making wonderful cards and home decor items just using white card stock.

Birthday Card for my Husband

I recently purchased the Cricut Imagine and could not wait to make something with it. So, I made my hubby a birthday card. The cool part is that I used a regular Cricut cartridge (Wrap it Up), and added some of the pattern designs from some of my Cricut Imagine cartridges. I used all white paper to make this card.

Graduation Card

I made this graduation card for my niece, who graduated from college this Summer.

I used the Wild Card cartridge to make this card. I used blue and yellow background because that is her school colors.

Oh and she graduated from the same college I graduated from.

Mother's Day Card

My Pink Stamper - National Scrapbook Day Challenge #4

Make something with a Mother's Day theme.

For this challenge, I chose to make a card for my lovely daughter, who is a new Mommy this year.

Recipe:

I cut an 8.5" X 11" piece of vanilla card stock in half. I then folded it to make the card base.

I cut the flowered paper (from Stampin' Up) to 4" X 5.25"

I tied a piece of red polka dot ribbon (also from Stampin' Up) around the flowered paper.

I then cut a heart from red card stock using the Love Struck Cricut cartridge. I used the shadow of the second heart and cut it at 2.75".

I cut a background for my heart using the same cut from the Love Struck cartridge, but I cut the background at 3".

I cut the "Happy Mother's Day" from the Mother's Day cartridge. I cut it at 2".

I stamped the inside of the card with a stamp from My Pink Stamper that says "When I count my blessings, I count you twice."

St. Patrick's Day Card

I am entering this card in the following contest.

Cooking with Cricut - Swirls and Twirls (I used the D'vine Swirls Cuttlebug folder).

Always Crafting - Whimsical Wednesday Challenge. This week's challenge is to make something using some distressing technique. (I used Tim Holtz sanding block, to distress the Core'dinations paper that I had embossed using my Cuttlebug)

Fantabulous Cricut - Challenge Me Monday. This week's challenge is to use some embossing technique. (I used the Cuttlebug to emboss two of the papers on my card. One with D'vine Swirls and the other with Swiss Dots).

Cricut Cardz Challenge - To make a St. Patrick's Day card, but NO SHAMROCKS. (Since I don't own a cartridge with a leprechaun or a rainbow or pot of gold or any thing Irish, I was really challenged with this one. Finally, I decided to cut the mug from my Smiley Cards on my Gypsy, glitter it green for the green beer that people drink to celebrate St. Patrick's Day).

Mojo Monday - Make a card using the provided sketch.

Happy Spring Card

I am entering this card in two challenges.

Always Crafting - Whimsical Wednesday Challenge. This is color challenge, using a picture that is posted on the website for inspiration.

Fantabulous Cricut - Challenge #47 Weather Forecast
Make a project featuring your favorite seasonal weather (Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter).

Recipe:

I cut an 8.5" X 11" of vanilla cardstock in half. Then folded that in half to make the card.

I cut a light green piece of Core'dinations to 5.25" X 4".  I used the cuddle bug to emboss it, then sanded it lightly to bring out the core color.

The butterfly was cut at 2.5" from the Picturesque cartridge. I sent both pieces through my Xyron then glittered them with Martha Stewart fine glitter.

I added some Prima flowers and a bit of ribbon.

The "Happy Spring" stamp is from My Pink Stamper. I used Stampin' Up Early Expresso ink.

Cup of Cheer

I am entering the following card in the following challenges.
Cricut Cardz Challenge - Cup of Cheer Challenge - This week challenge is to use a cup from any cartridge, with any color combination you like.

Cooking with Cricut - Emboss It - create a new project with some type of Embossing! Wet, Dry, or Faux.

I decided to use the cup from the Smiley Cards on my Gypsy because it is so cheerful. I used the D'vine Swirls for embossing.

Recipe:

I cut an 8.5" X 11" piece of vanilla card stock in half, then folded it in half to make the card. I then ran it through the Cuddle Bug using the D'vine Swirls folder.

I cut the coffee cup at 2.5". I decided to use a printed paper for the cup itself to give more personality. The paper is actually the background sheet that came in a set of stamps from My Pink Stamper. I never through anything away.

The "Enjoy!" stamp is, of course,  from My Pink Stamper. I used Chocolate Chip ink from Stampin' Up.

The ribbon was purchased at Hobby Lobby.

Hope you enjoy!
